How
The Visual Persuasions' LMC System Works:
Realtor©
gets the lead and sends the name and address in an email to Visual
Persuasions Canada.
Contact
management administration:
1. VPC adds
the lead to the agent’s online content management program
(i.e., Top
Producer), and schedules the appropriate drip
marketing campaign.
2. VPC adds
the lead to the agent’s PC content management program via
remote
connection. VPC schedules online drip marketing
campaign through Constant Contact
(or other online marketing tool).
3. VCP adds
recently sold photo and potential client’s information onto
the cover sheet of
the agent’s pre-listing package. VPC prints
in colour, binds the document, and sends
to the potential client by courier.
4. VPC advises
the agent when the package is delivered in order to make the follow-up
call and to obtain an appointment for the initial
meeting.
5. VPC creates
a PowerPoint marketing presentation for the agent to use during
the
initial meeting with the prospects that outlines
all of the marketing activities that the
agent offers to his/her sellers through VPC.
Actively

takes the listing, VPC implements the New Listing Checklist:
1.
Enter the property into the MLS.
2. Add property to agent’s web site with multiple
photos, links to showing request form,
disclosures, flyers, and any other
pertinent information.
3. Create a virtual tour.
4. Design and send email to database of prospective
buyers.
5. Sent an email to agents in the agent's subscribing
MLS.
6. Produce colour property flyers (VPC can print in-house
and send directly to seller).
7. Fax a flyer to a list of real estate offices.
8. Write and place advertising.
9. Send agent a hotline script to record.
10. VPC logs onto the agent's computer and:
a. Adds a new folder in agent’s
In-Box for the listing
b. Adds a rule to agent’s Outlook
email software that will move all emails pertaining to
the listing to
a specified folder
c. Adds a signature to agent’s
Outlook with copy and links to the property.
11. Enhance listing on REALTOR.com (if applicable) with copy, photos,
links, etc.
12. Enhance listings on real estate company web site.
Track
Listing Marketing Activity: VPC will email or snail-mail
weekly reports to seller with the following information:

hits
- Showing
feedback (automated – i.e., homefeedback.com, or gathered
by phone)
